Fox Place Lookout has a super family friendly layout. The master is located on the main floor. The master bath boasts a jetted tub w/ separate shower, double sinks and a huge walk in closet.
The secondary bedrooms are located upstairs. One bedroom has 2 twin beds. The other is an oversized bedroom w/ a Queen plus a twin bed. This bedroom also have an oversized closet.

Garage, house, driveway

The home has an attached apartment with a separate entrance. There is a long term tenant living there from time to time. Guests must share the driveway with the tenant. The tenant uses the river side of the driveway. Guests can use the whole garage and the left side of the driveway. Please do not block the tenants parking spot or vehicle.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $35.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
